Our Story
A Better Life 2 Embrace LLC. was founded in July 2017 by CEO, Kendall L Harvey Sr. After spending several years working with the youth Mr. Harvey realized his community was endangered. With minimum resources available he decided to begin his own Substance Abuse/Mental Health Agency (Youth Specific) located in Toledo, Ohio. A.B.L.E. is here as another resource for the community, with a highly qualified staff we are here to deliver quality care to the youth and their families. We will not only serve the youth but we will also assist the parent/guardian with any barriers.
